Reina Aguilar

Financial clarity for growing businesses

Reina is a detail-oriented bookkeeping and accounting professional with over 10 years of experience supporting small businesses, corporations, and multi-entity organizations. She has deep expertise in QuickBooks Online and Xero — setup, cleanup, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

She has a proven ability to organize complex financial data, correct discrepancies, and deliver accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements that owners, lenders, and CPAs can trust.

Reina holds a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) in Forensic Accounting & Data Analytics and an MBA, and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager — a rare combination for the real estate and HOA clients she serves. She is currently pursuing CPA licensure. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings a relentless focus on accuracy, compliance, and financial processes that scale.
